For over 30 years, DJ’s Painting has been providing our clients with a comprehensive and professional commercial painting service. Some of the things we have painted for our clients are large storage buildings and warehouses. 

These warehouse painting projects have been a large part of what we do today, in the past we have done similar painting and water proofing projects on a national level. Since 2014 we have begun to focus more on the east coast, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware in particular. We have found that many of our competitors, especially in the Northeastern United States, do not take the time to make sure the buildings are sealed up and water proofed properly. So many NJ, DE, and PA painting contractors get a request to provide a warehouse painting estimate and simply get the square footage and toss out a basic painting price. They do not take into consideration the control joints needing to be cut out and replaced or that the building is weeping dampness through the masonry walls and in need of more than just a quick repaint with basic acrylic paint.

What we do that is different is to look over the facility and determine what is needed to properly maintain the building, develop a scope of work that will resolve the needs of the property as well as recommend a longer term maintenance painting plan to insure the facility is protected from the elements.
